  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Free shipping may be available on certain items or promotions.

International Shipping:

We offer international shipping from Japan to select countries. Each order is handled with care to ensure safe transport, and we provide tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • We use trusted international shipping services such as Japan Post (EMS), FedEx, or DHL for all international shipments. Depending on your location, we will choose the most reliable option to ensure safe delivery.

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

3. Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Asia: 5-10 business days

  • North America: 7-14 business days

  • Europe: 7-14 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7-14 business days

  • Other Regions: 10-20 business days

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes internationally. Please provide a valid street address for all international orders.

Return Policy for Original Artworks and Textile Products:

1. Returns on Original Artwork:

  • Due to the nature of original artwork, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for original pieces, as each item is one-of-a-kind and carefully inspected before shipping.

  • If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package, providing photos of the damage. We will work with you to arrange a solution, including insurance claims or replacement where possible.

2. Returns on Textile Products (Limited Edition or Custom):

  • For textile products, including limited edition pieces and custom orders, all sales are final. These items are made to order, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • If there is a defect in the product or it arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will evaluate the issue for a possible replacement or refund.

3. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • We carefully package all items to prevent damage during shipping. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will require detailed photos of the damaged packaging and item to process an insurance claim or refund.

  • We will work with you to either replace the item (where possible) or issue a refund, including covering return shipping costs for damaged goods.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom artwork and commissioned pieces.

  • Gift cards, downloadable content, and digital files.

  • Any item not in its original condition or damaged after delivery due to customer handling.

5. Shipping and Handling Fees:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs for damaged items will be covered by us. For all other issues, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. International Orders:
